In 2014, Pratt and Wolfe co-created spinoff site GirlsDoToys, which is named alongside GirlsDoPorn in the criminal complaint. The GirlsDoToys videos were solo scenes shot during the same trips as the GirlsDoPorn B/G scenes. But GirlsDoPorn continued to be the flagship operation and is identified in court filings as the source of the majority of Pratt’s revenue, which he also uses to fund his 50/50 ventures GirlsDoToys, with Wolfe; and MomPOV, with Wiederhold. According to multiple sources, several models were told, before shooting the scenes, that the videos would be sold exclusively on DVD at a specialist store, and/or to private collectors, and/or distributed only in Australia. They were allegedly repeatedly told, verbally, that the videos would not be online or anywhere where their families and friends would see them.

Only after the victims responded to the advertisements would Garcia and Pratt disclose that they were actually seeking women for pornographic video shoots. A motion filed in June in the civil case alleges that Garcia sexually assaulted “Jane Doe Nos. 2, 11, 14, 20, 21, and 22 off camera.” The motion also alleges that Garcia assaulted other women who are not plaintiffs in the case. One of the three women who was a key part of the federal case—referred to as AF-3 in the indictment—said Garcia sexually assaulted her both during and after filming. At one point, she said wanted to leave but saw that lighting equipment was blocking the exit. When she said she wanted to stop, Garcia and Wolfe made her feel like she was not free to leave. She noticed there was blood on the bed, but “was told it was fine and that she would get used to it,” according to the indictment.

LOS ANGELES — MindGeek and 50 models who had sued Pornhub’s parent company over their distribution of GirlsDoPorn content have reached a settlement, court records show. The brutal violence behind the porn industry is coming to light. While the verdict in this case is a win for the women involved, as a society we are not doing enough to combat the spread of violent and misogynistic pornography which both harms the women involved, and the women in the lives of men who watch it.

Jane Doe 14 asked to stop filming multiple times during the shoot because she was in pain. She was yelled at and not allowed to leave until they got the footage they wanted. Attorneys for the pornographers said their clients were focused on the criminal case pending against them in federal court in San Diego, which mirrors the allegations in the civil case.

“Following the FBI’s takedown of the GirlsDoPorn operators and business and filing of criminal charges, Aylo finally removed GirlsDoPorn’s videos from its websites. But this was too little too late,” the complaint states. Despite the fact that prostitution is illegal, it is legal to pay someone for sex as long as you are filming it. The pornographic loophole fails to acknowledge that rape on camera is still rape, just like paid rape is still rape. Porn victims, however, continue to be victimized over and over again through the distribution of their videos and the sexual harassment that follows. A San Diego judge awarded 22 Jane Does $13 million in damages on Thursday in their case against GirlsDoPorn.com.

The second week of the civil trial once again brought the glare of mainstream media into an industry it struggles to understand. There was detailed, harrowing testimony from one of the plaintiffs, Jane Doe 15, and the admission by a GirlsDoPorn videographer that the plaintiffs had been lied to by the company as to whether the videos would be published online. Val was Valorie Moser, arrested last week in San Diego and accused as one of Pratt’s co-conspirators in a sex trafficking ring.

Pratt arrived in the United States around 2007, according to the civil trial filings, “to start filming pornography.” But the company had started long before Pratt made his move. SAN DIEGO – Deondre Demetris Porter of Victorville, California was sentenced in federal court to 10 years in prison for sex trafficking a 16-year-old girl who was physically assaulted and… “I had a hard time believing someone would sympathize with me and see my side of the story,” Doe told her attorney Cara Van Dorn on the witness stand. “It stayed inside and festered for years and I lost almost my life because I didn’t feel I could talk about it.”
